8. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
